Returns & refunds
Food products are perishable, so we handle every case personally and quickly.
Damaged or incorrect orders
Write to contact@popsmithco.in within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the parcel and tin. We will replace the item or refund you in full.
Perishable goods
Because our popcorn is freshly popped, we cannot accept returns of opened tins for reasons of taste preference.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled free of charge until they are dispatched. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
Refund timelines
Approved refunds are processed within 3 working days and reach your original payment method in 5-7 working days.
